From the first call to the final walkthrough, Castle Coatings keeps the process clear, organised and easy to follow. Christine and the team will guide you through the details, help you understand the next steps and make sure your project is planned properly before the first brush hits the wall.

Initial Consultation
We start by learning about your project, your goals, your timeline and the finish you want to achieve. Whether it is a new build, repaint, wallpaper feature or Venetian plaster finish, this first conversation helps us understand what matters most to you.
Step 02
Site Visit and Colour Advice
Christine can visit the property, look over the space and talk through colours, finishes, surfaces and practical details. This is where we help shape the project around your home, your style and your budget.
Step 03
Detailed Quote and Project Plan
You will receive a clear, detailed proposal outlining the scope of work, pricing and the recommended approach. We make sure you know what is included, what to expect and how the project will move forward.
Step 04
Preparation and Protection
Before painting begins, the team prepares the surfaces properly and protects the surrounding areas. This may include sanding, filling, masking, covering floors and furniture, and making sure the space is ready for a high quality finish.
